We use non-toxic, eco-certified cleaning products whenever possible. Some circumstances may require alternative products to meet sanitation or regulatory standards. Clients will be notified prior to use of any non-eco products.

3. Payments & Billing

Invoices are due as stated in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Liability

While Wholistic Pure Clean exercises the highest standards of care, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty materials, or client-provided products or equipment.

6. Privacy

Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
